At Essence of Harris, we take great pride in handcrafting and carefully packaging each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because every product is made with such care, we hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

We are unable to accept returns on:

In-store Returns
If you purchased from one of our stores, you may return your item in person within 14 days of purchase, along with your receipt.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away so we can make it right. We may request photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that original postage fees are non-refundable, and it may take several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
