We want to make sure you have all the details before you shop, so we've outlined everything you need to know about offer dates, eligibility and how to redeem our promotions.

Free Festive Candle Offer

Offer valid: Tuesday 3rd November to Monday 30th November 2026 (inclusive).

Enjoy a complimentary 30cl festive candle of your choice when you spend £75 or more with Essence of Harris, online or in our Tarbert store.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is valid from Tuesday 3rd November until 11:59pm on Monday 30th November 2026 for online orders, and during normal store opening hours for in-store purchases.
  2. Customers who spend £75 or more in a single transaction will receive one complimentary 30cl festive candle of their choice, while stocks last.
  3. The £75 minimum spend applies to the final order value after all discounts have been applied, excluding delivery charges.
  4. The offer is available on retail purchases made online at essenceofharris.com and in our Tarbert store. Wholesale orders are excluded.
  5. Online orders: Customers must select their preferred 30cl festive candle and add it to their basket before completing checkout. The candle will be discounted automatically when the order qualifies.
  6. In-store purchases: Our team will help customers select their complimentary festive candle at the point of purchase.
  7. Forgotten to add your candle? If you've placed a qualifying online order but forgotten to select your free candle, please contact our customer service team. If your order has already been dispatched, a £4.95 delivery charge will apply to send your complimentary candle separately. The candle itself will remain free, subject to availability.
  8. The offer is limited to one complimentary 30cl festive candle per qualifying transaction, regardless of the total order value.
  9. All complimentary candles are subject to availability. The offer is available while promotional stocks last.
  10. Returns: If products are returned and the remaining order value falls below £75, the complimentary candle must also be returned, unused and in its original packaging. Any refund adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not affect statutory cancellation or refund rights.
  11. The offer is available alongside other eligible website and in-store promotions, provided the final transaction value meets the £75 minimum spend.
  12. This promotion does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The 15% welcome discount is available to new email subscribers and is valid on their first online order at essenceofharris.com.
  2. Once you've signed up to our mailing list, your unique discount code will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received it.
  3. To redeem your discount, enter your welcome code at checkout. The discount will not be applied automatically.
  4. The discount is valid for one use per customer and cannot be redeemed against previous purchases.
  5. The welcome discount cannot always be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions. Where restrictions apply, these will be reflected at checkout.
  6. During peak promotional periods, including Black Friday, the 15% welcome discount will not be valid. The offer may be temporarily suspended during other promotional events throughout the year.
  7. The discount is not redeemable in-store or on wholesale orders.
  8. This offer does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
