The Isle of Harris is the southern, more rugged part of the Isle of Lewis and Harris, in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides. Separated by the Minch, it lays 24 miles off the west coast of mainland Scotland and can be reached by plane or ferry. It has a population of just 1,916 and is home to some of the most beautiful scenery Scotland has to offer: from rugged rolling hills to white sandy beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. It truly is a special place.
