Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they input their address correctly and are available to accept deliveries. Any changes that need to be made to your delivery address should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes after the order has been processed but we will try our best where we can.
A delivery card or note will be be left for you to rearrange missed deliveries. This is at the customers responsibility as we are unable to assist with this.
Please note the delivery time can be slightly extended on occasion due to a number of factors out with our control, for example, bad weather can cause ferry and air disruptions delaying the time it takes products to leave the island.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your parcel, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country.
We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order, and another email will be sent when your order has been dispatched which will include your tracking information. We aim to process orders within 24 - 48 hours of your order being placed, however this is liable to change.
If your order has not been delivered within the stated delivery time above, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us via email at email@example.com and we will investigate this with the upmost urgency.
