At Essence of Harris, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship your orders, delivery timeframes, and what to expect when your parcel is on its way.
UK Christmas Delivery
FOR GUARANTEED UK CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, ORDER BY MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER
UK Delivery
- Free Delivery – available on all UK orders over £50.
- Standard Delivery – £4.95 on orders under £50.
- Estimated Delivery Time – Please allow 5 working days from dispatch.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or a local courier service, depending on the size and location of your order. Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Important:
- Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed, though we’ll do our best to help if you contact us quickly at info@essenceofharris.com or via live chat.
- If you provide a mobile number at checkout, Royal Mail will usually send you text updates, including a delivery window. Missed delivery notifications may be sent by text, email, or via a card through your door.
- Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control such as severe weather or transport delays from the island.
International Shipping
We’re delighted to ship worldwide.
- Shipping Costs – Calculated at checkout, based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or tariffs, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Essence of Harris cannot accept responsibility for any customs delays or additional charges incurred.
Order Dispatch
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email when we’ve received your order.
- A dispatch email (with tracking details) will be sent once your order leaves our factory.

We aim to process orders within 24–48 hours, although during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@essenceofharris.com or via live chat. We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and keep you updated until your parcel reaches you.
Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
If you’re nearby, you can collect your order directly from our Tarbert factory. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
