Life at the moment can feel a little overwhelming. With COVID-19 chat fast becoming the focus of our social media channels, news headlines and our conversations with loved ones, it’s hard not to let the anxious thoughts creep in. We'll be the first to admit that as a team we've felt panicked and confused at times, and we're sure that many of you will be feeling the same, it’s only natural.
In despite of the chaos, we must remember that our mental health matters. We need to try to find calm in the confusion and nurture our minds as well as our bodies. It’s no easy task in a time where panic is the norm, but we’re here to help! As a lot of us move our work, studies and lives into the safety of our homes, we’ve been trying to find a way to stay connected and be there for each other.
So, to give our minds a rest, our bodies a stretch, and to keep socialising- we've teamed up with Rachel at Eden Hot Yoga
to bring you all free meditation, yoga and self-care sessions straight to your screens. That means, from the comfort of your own home, you can take part in sessions together with us at the same time each week. Join us on Instagram

Monday at 11am- 5-minute Meditation Session
Wednesday at 8pm- Self-Care Tips and Discussion
Friday at 8pm- A yoga flow
